Whether you arrive at the light-filled daylight interior or evening mood lamplight, your visit gets off to the right start here where everything is just right. Sleepy or just want a little siesta?
The master bedroom has a king bed made up with quality linens, roomy closets, and a view through French doors to the patio. Now to freshen up? A sparkling bright bathroom is ready for a hot shower and provides the all-necessary large mirrors, wide sink, hairdryer, plenty of nice towels, and cupboards for your items. Maybe you plan to tuck away some groceries or fix a drink, coffee, snack, or meal? The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, flat-top four-burner stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, knives and flatware, dishes, and mugs, and ... yes, lots of wine glasses. The island counter seats up to four. A desk and free WiFi make it easy to stay connected as needed. But sooner or later, you'll settle into the living room, enjoying the fine leather queen pullout couch for cocktails, conversation, reading, movies on the large flat-screen TV, or the pleasing winter activity of just staring into dancing flames, enjoying the scent of pinon in the wood-burning fireplace or summer, cooling off stretched out for a siesta with the central A/C.
***This is a pet-friendly unit, but we do not allow cats or other animals in any of our properties. Dogs that accompany a reservation must be approved by management before booking. They must be 60 lbs or less, housebroken, non-barking, and at least one year old. If your dog meets the requirements above or has been approved by property management, a $60 per pet per week additional fee plus taxes will be added to your reservation.
**MID-STAY CLEAN:
We require mid-stay clean(s) for stays of ten nights or more, or once a week depending on the duration of your stay with us. Each mid-stay clean fee is equal to one-half of the exit cleaning fee. The mid-stay cleans will be scheduled by property management prior to your arrival. This cleaning service is a general tidying of the unit in which housekeeping will change out all bedroom and bathroom linens as well as restocking of toiletries and other added amenities.
