This was our second time to use AdobeStar, and stay at Black Mesa Casita. Everything was just as advertised with the accommodations, perfect for us. Check in was easy and checkout was just as easy. We were able to get in a few hours earlier to help us get into the city. Great company and very helpful. Everything was great to our stay in Black Mesa Casita. The house was a great size for a family of four and our dog. Accommodations were perfect for our week stay, with the beds, bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The location was close to the square and perfect to walk to explore. We will definitely stay again.

This was our first time in Santa Fe, and we are so thankful we found your property. The unit is extremely clean, with up-to-date appliances and restroom, clear directions for property use and around town sites. Perfect size for two people. Loved everything about it. I particularly liked that the washer pods were already available. On-site parking is awesome, and unit is within a 5-minute walk to Old Town Santa Fe. We would absolutely book again, and we are high maintenance! Thank you for a beautiful stay!

We started out the new year on the perfect note by renting from AdobeStar Properties. Black Mesa Casita was in a perfect location for our family of four. We can't wait to return to Santa Fe and will likely look to AdobeStar for availability.

My husband had never been to Santa Fe and because of COVID, we haven't been able to do a lot of traveling in the past year and a half plus. We decided to come to Santa Fe in December for the holiday experience as well as his birthday. We didn't need much space but we wanted it within walking distance of the Plaza. The photos on VRBO were identical to what we experienced, from the moment we pulled into our parking spot. The place is spotless, fabulous; bed is comfortable; shower spectacular; kitchen is stocked (there was literally nothing it didn't have) and for a small casita, it has a surprisingly "big" feel. Lots of lights, too. The only thing we didn't get to do was experience the patio. Way too cold. We can't wait to come back. The communication was clear. Everything was explained easily and quickly. Questions were answered immediately. Truly a seamless experience from booking through checkout.

Samantha and Hannah were great and helpful hosts. The unit we rented was spacious, very well stocked and perfectly located.

The company was easy to work with, they provided every detail you need. This is the perfect size for 2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with very nice appliances and there is a private walled patio area in the front with a charcoal grill and table for 2. The dogs love it. We come to Santa Fe several times a year and will stay at AdobeStar properties if they are available from here forward.

Cactus Casita looks unpretentious from the exterior, but once inside we were bathed in spotless comfort, modern conveniences within the southwest vibe, and the location cannot be better. You are so close to the Plaza (& everything else), but away from the noise & the crowds. A perfect match. Great customer service! We would definitely rent from AdobeStar again.

We enjoyed walking to the Plaza and other Santa Fe highlights because or our casita's great location. It was spotless on arrival and very comfortable. Easy to book reservations system. Comfortable casitas. Great location, spotless and well maintained inside.

We enjoyed our stay at the Black Mesa. We used all the rooms, and most especially loved the outdoor areas. It had all the amenities we are accustomed to. The Black Mesa Casita is a very short walk to the Plaza in Santa Fe. It is roomy, comfortable, and updated. It is situated back from the street, so the front and back yard patios are quiet and private.

The Cactus Casita was perfect for our needs. Location was excellent, nice bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The kitchen was well stocked and very nice to have the extra ice, coffee, salt and pepper.

This is the third time we have stayed in one of the Sunflower Casitas, and we appreciate the comfort and convenience they offer. This is our home away from home when in Santa Fe.

The Casita is very spacious for two people and so centrally located. Everything downtown is within an easy walk. Beautiful appliances. Spacious. Clean. Patio under the trees is a huge plus. Beautifully appointed kitchen utensils, china, and silver.

A month in Adobe Abode provided a gracious welcome for friends and family. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the floor plan works. The staff members were easy to reach and immediately responsive. The location meant that even our guests with limited walking ability could get out and enjoy the plaza. We hope to stay in one of the Adobestar properties again.
